What to look for in a Bootcamp trainer?

A great bootcamp trainer should be a master of transition, expertly moving you from a floor-based strength block to a high-intensity ride. You need a coach who can manage that flow, ensuring that your form remains impeccable while your heart rate climbs.

At Project S, our trainers are chosen for their technical precision and their “tough but warm” encouragements. When you choose a trainer here, you’re choosing an elite experience where expert instruction meets a stunning, bright atmosphere, one that makes even the toughest parts of training feel rewarding.
