At Project S, we offer classes for every level, from newbie to athlete. Choose between HIIT, cardio, and weights if you are looking for intense workouts or opt for yoga/Pilates or sound meditation if you prefer working out at a more relaxed pace. We offer a variety of Les Mills classes as well as our unique bootcamp style class. Each class is led by a world-class instructor to ensure a safe and effective training experience.
