FAQ

  • We offer exclusive and luxurious aromatherapy amenities by SOVOS Aromatherapy in our showers and bathrooms for you to refresh after your workout.

  • Booking is available 7 days in advance either through our website or our app.

  • We know that plans can change. If you can't make it to your scheduled group class, please cancel 12 hours in advance so someone else can take your spot. There will be a late cancellation / no-show fee if you cancel your group class or private session without giving at least 12 hours prior notice.

  • We have USB ports in every locker. You can charge your phone while working out. If you forget to bring a cable, just ask for one at the reception.

    • Please arrive at least five minutes early. No latecomers will be allowed to join a class already in progress.
    • Let your instructor know beforehand if you have to leave early.
    • No phones are allowed in class or in the changing rooms.
    • Help us save water and conserve energy by using only one towel per visit so we can reduce our laundry loads.
    • There is nothing better than a shower after a good workout, but please be considerate of others and shower quickly if there is a line waiting.
  • It is upon Project S discretion to cancel any class that does not meet the minimum requirement of at least 3 participants 2 hours prior class starts.

  • We offer private classes. Whether you want to work out with your best friends, colleagues or your Significant Other, we can cater to your specific needs. Please talk to our staff about private class arrangements.

  • Please consult with your obstetrician before joining a class. In general, low-intensity workouts are safe during pregnancy, but high-intensity classes are not suitable for pregnant women. For your and your baby's safety, we can't let you join GRIT and SPRINT classes. We recommend that you do spinning only classes during pregnancy. Please talk to your instructor before taking a class to help them understand and accommodate your special needs.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot refund your purchased package. In the event that you are unfit for exercising or training due to health-related reasons, please provide us with a doctor’s certificate and we will extend the expiry date of your package. Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances, we have to cancel classes. If a class that you’ve booked has been canceled, the credits for the class will be added back to your account.

  • Please wear proper and clean training shoes. For a better cycling experience, we recommend special cycling shoes with SPD cleats. We do not provide cycling shoes.

  • Please do not join a class if you have a cold or feel unwell.

  • We have a small stretching and self-practice area for you to use either before or after your workout.

  • We offer towels for you to use during your workout and shower.

  • If a class is full, you can book a spot on the waitlist. As soon as a spot opens up, you will automatically be added to the class and be notified.

  • We accept walk-ins on condition that you arrive 15 minutes before class and a slot is available in the class that you’re interested in joining.

  • We have a freshwater filtration station. Just bring your own bottle and stay hydrated.

  • Please check the Hong Kong Observatory for announcements and warnings of inclement weather conditions before heading out for your class. All classes will be canceled when Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal has been issued. You will receive a credit refund for the class you’ve booked. Classes will resume two hours after the signal has been lowered.
