A Word From Our Founder

As a former professional ballet dancer, I have been active my whole life. I started dancing at the age of four and continued until I graduated from the State Ballet School of Berlin, Germany. After my career in dancing, I went to law school and obtained a PhD. During that time, I fell in love with group fitness.

My journey to becoming an instructor all started in August 2014 when I decided to jump on a bike and do my first instructor training in Les Mills RPM. As I’m an introvert, teaching was - and still is - out of my comfort zone, but I’ve loved it since Day One. Becoming a professional fitness instructor has made me a happier, healthier, and better person. It’s also made me stronger and more self-confident than I ever thought I could be.

After teaching RPM for about a year, I added BodyBalance and soon after BodyPump to my repertoire. My true passion, though, lies in High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with Les Mills GRIT and Les Mills SPRINT being my absolute favorites. I have done extensive training in Europe, the US, Australia & South East Asia reaching Elite and Advanced Level in several Les Mills programs and became a licensed Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor.

Having worked out and taught classes in gyms all over the world, I was inspired to create the best workouts and the perfect gym for people who share my love of fitness. With this as my guiding principles, Project S was born. Being a very curious and science-based person, I constantly try to improve myself and stay at the top of my game by studying and keeping up with the latest fitness trends and research. I always try to learn new things and work with a personal trainer and a boxing coach to stay in tip-top shape, both physically and mentally.

When was the last time you did something for the first time?

"Taking the plunge to learn something new and challenging is not easy, but the reward is well worth the effort."

I believe that life begins outside your comfort zone. That's when the magic happens. If you want to improve your physical and mental well-being, you need to try something new and challenging even though it might be hard, especially in the beginning. The reward that you reap is well worth the effort that you put in. I love every single class I teach, and I teach it wholeheartedly. My classes are fun, purposeful, and filled with energy. Every time I walk into the gym and teach a class, I leave my comfort zone and I love the challenge. I hope you will love it, too. I am very much looking forward to seeing you in my class!
