She began practicing yoga at 15 and has always been drawn to the power of mindful movement. Recently completing her Intermediate STOTT Pilates Reformer certification, she now channels that training into sculpting strong cores and resilient minds.
Chloe believes in integrating movement into everyday life and in the power of consistency. Her classes are equal parts strength, awareness, and intention—designed to bring you back to your center and leave you feeling recharged, grounded, and strong from within.
