The founder of Project S, Sarah has over 7 years of experience in the fitness industry. She first completed the Les Mills RPM instructor training program, followed by Les Mills BodyBalance and BodyPump. Her true passion, however, lies in High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and she loves short and sharp workouts like Les Mills GRIT and SPRINT. To deliver the best workouts in a short period of time, Sarah created her signature bootcamp class. Her wholehearted approach to training and her energetic workout style serve to motivate her clients to leave their comfort zone.
In her free time, Sarah loves to work out with her husband. She believes that couples who train together stay together. Her weaknesses are dark chocolate and a glass of champagne.... or two!
