Jonas Hidalgo


Jonas began teaching Group Fitness in 2008 while he was still studying at university in the Philippines. He started his career as a Group Fitness instructor by teaching hip hop classes and proceeded to teach Les Mills classes later on. In 2012, Jonas was recruited to work in Hong Kong and his repertoire expanded to include more programs like Pilates, TRX, Spinning classes etc.
Jonas strives to make each class fun and fulfilling, and always keeps in mind that each student has a different goal when they come to class.
